Welcome to Office8. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the professional services provided by Office8. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
"Company", "We", "Us" — refers to Office8 and its affiliated entities.
"Client", "You" — refers to any individual or legal entity using our services.
"Services" — refers to consultancy, corporate structuring support, financial infrastructure consulting, technology development, and digital infrastructure services.
2. Nature of Services (Consultancy Disclaimer)
Office8 operates strictly as a consultancy and technical service provider.
- Not a Financial Institution: Office8 is not a bank, payment processor, or licensed financial institution. We facilitate introductions and infrastructure support in cooperation with regulated third-party providers.
- Not a Law Firm: Office8 provides operational and administrative assistance related to corporate and compliance processes; however, our services should not be interpreted as jurisdiction-specific legal advice unless explicitly agreed in writing.
- Third-Party Providers: Certain services involve independent third-party institutions (including banks, EMIs, regulators, hosting providers, or digital platforms). Office8 does not control their internal decisions, policies, or approvals.
3. Compliance Framework
Office8 applies internal compliance and risk-assessment procedures.
We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or discontinue services where activities may conflict with regulatory expectations, ethical standards, or internal risk policies.
Services are intended primarily for business clients and professional users. Office8 does not solicit or promote financial products to retail consumers.
4. Corporate & Financial Infrastructure Services
- Company Formation: Incorporation timelines depend on the relevant jurisdiction and governmental registries. Estimated timelines are not guarantees.
- Banking Introductions: Office8 assists with preparation, structuring, and introductions to financial institutions. Final account approval remains solely at the discretion of the bank or EMI.
- Nominee Services: Where nominee representatives are provided, Clients remain fully responsible for company operations and agree to indemnify nominee representatives against liabilities arising from client-controlled activities.
5. Technology Development & Digital Infrastructure
- Scope: Office8 provides custom software development, technical integration, infrastructure setup, and digital platform support.
- Acceptance: Unless otherwise agreed, Clients are granted a defined testing period after delivery. Following this period, the project is considered accepted.
- Maintenance: Ongoing support or updates require a separate maintenance agreement. Office8 is not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party API or platform changes.
6. Digital Advertising & Platform Infrastructure
Office8 may provide technical onboarding, infrastructure support, or consulting related to digital advertising environments.
- Platform access and performance remain subject to independent third-party platform policies.
- Office8 does not control enforcement decisions made by external platforms and cannot guarantee uninterrupted account operation.
- Once credentials or infrastructure access are transferred to the Client, operational responsibility rests with the Client.
7. Client Obligations & KYC
- Legal Use: Clients agree to use all services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Compliance Documentation: Clients may be required to submit identity verification, business documentation, or compliance materials. Failure to provide accurate information may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Operational Responsibility: Clients remain responsible for the substance and legality of their business activities.
8. Digital Asset & Emerging Technology Services
For Clients engaging in digital asset or blockchain-related infrastructure:
- Regulatory requirements may vary by jurisdiction and evolve over time.
- Office8 provides technical and structural support but does not operate licensed exchanges, custody services, or financial products.
- Clients are responsible for maintaining ongoing regulatory compliance where required.
9. Fees & Refund Policy
- Payment Terms: Fees are generally payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- Corporate Services: Once registry submissions or third-party processes begin, associated fees are non-refundable.
- Third-Party Decisions: Fees remain payable regardless of approval outcomes by independent institutions when applications are rejected due to incomplete documentation or risk assessments outside Office8’s control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Office8 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or reputational loss arising from the use of our services or reliance on third-party providers.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the contracting Office8 entity providing the Services. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction agreed within the applicable service agreement.
